Charlie is an equity research analyst with a dedicated focus on identifying long-term investment opportunities. His central aim is to build a sustainable, diversified portfolio of stocks by marrying growth and value investment strategies. In sharing his insights with others, he covers a wide range of industries including mining, finance, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and fashion.

Charlie spent four years working as a lawyer in the City, specialising in intellectual property and technology disputes. Prior to this, he worked at the Bank of England and currently uses his knowledge of macroeconomics to inform his stock market analysis. He studied Law at University College London (UCL) and holds an LLM from the University of Law. He also contributes to The Motley Fool.
