Biography
Julian Knight is the Conservative MP for Solihull and has represented the constituency since 2015. He was elected Chair of the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee in January 2020, having previously been a parliamentary private secretary at HM Treasury, the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Work and Pensions.
Prior to entering the House of Commons Julian was a personal finance journalist, first at the BBC and latterly at the Independent as personal finance editor. He is also the author of several non-fiction books on pensions, financial planning, and cricket.
